Junk Dada

"I do not wish to be an artist. I wish only that art enables me to be" Noah Purifoy, 1963.
The Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum was created by Noah S. Purifoy, an African American visual artist and sculptor, co-founder of the Watts Towers Art Center.
His work is considered as Junk Dada and was recently exhibited at the LACMA in 2015/16.

Where Movies come true

While our Warner Bros. Studio Tour was no chance in meeting Sheldon and co., but we where very delighted to visit Soundstage 25, where The Big Bang Theory is being produced. Soundstage 25 is famous for hosting productions like, Gremlins2, Blade Runner, Bonnie and Clyde or Casablanca - thus really a holy hall. Unfortunately no photos were allowed inside a Soundstage. Beside this we’ve grabbed some nice views in The Prop Dept.  and Linus was more than happy to get in contact with the original Harry Potter equipment.

Gritty Realities

"Known for palm trees, surfer dudes, and the film industry, Los Angeles and its history are characterized by the city’s laid-back living and Hollywood elegance. Yet L.A. has always been more than meets the eye, bursting at the seams with outsider culture and the idiosyncrasies of everyday life."
