Vampire Play

More than delighted to watch the original vampire play Dracula with the settings from Edward GoreyAlley Theater did a really good job in reconstruct his design, intended first for a Broadway performance in 1977, for which Edward Gorey won a Tony Award for Best Costume DesignHis pen-and-ink drawings of eccentric doings in Victorian and Edwardian settings, created a very catchy atmosphere, to spooky for our little boy.

Print is alive

The amazing Printing Museum hosted the Zine Fest Houston, a little cozy fair about zines and alternative, underground DIY media and art, as well other forms of small press. I felt very well surrounded by all this creative spirit and the beautiful old typesetter. Print is still alive.

New York Fiction II

Stones to remember, sculptors to enjoy. At my favorite place in NY, The Central Park, stones and monuments tell stories. As well the beautiful architecture of the Whitney Museum on Madison Ave. provides a perfect setting for contemporary art.
